Going east on Ann Road and turning left on Centennial Center Blvd. is nearly impossible! There needs to be a yield sign installed to end what is now a point of conflict for all turning traffic.

So here’s the problem: If you’re turning left from eastbound Ann Road onto Centennial Center, you clash with right-turning traffic from westbound Ann, because…they don’t have a yield sign.
Wendi says when she turns to go to the Walgreens at this intersection, she’s in this point of confict with opposing traffic.
City of Las Vegas tells me they’re aware of this “unique situation.” But they say – “there is no crash problem here,” according to their numbers.
Maybe that’s because turning traffic should not clash, as they each have there own designated lane.
Westbound traffic from Ann to Centennial Center is much heavier than eastbound; so westbound will keep their right of way (in their own lane) without a yield sign.
If left turning traffic wants to go to Walgreens, then just quickly change lanes to make that first entrance driveway.
Or….drive another 700 feet to the next driveway and just make your way back in the parking lot.
Wendi, the City tells me if a crash problem developed, they’d install a raised median to prevent left-turners from accessing the Walgreen’s driveway by being able to change lanes.
But based on current crash data, no changes are necessary right now.
